The Coaching Approach
A structured system for lasting change
Motivation doesn't last. Anyone who's tried a New Year's resolution knows that. My approach as a wellness & fitness coach is built on structure and accountability, the things that are still there when the enthusiasm wears off.
The Elements of Coaching
Each element works together to create a comprehensive framework for change.
Timed Challenges
Structured challenges with clear timeframes to build momentum and track progress over defined periods.
Meal Planning & Recipes
Practical guidance on nutrition with meal suggestions and recipes designed for sustainable habits.
Photo Evidence
Visual progress tracking that creates accountability and helps identify patterns in your journey.
Wellbeing Practices
Holistic approaches that address mental wellness alongside physical fitness goals.
Deferred Gratification
Building the mental discipline to prioritise long-term results over short-term comfort.
Rules & Structure
Clear guidelines that remove ambiguity and create a framework for consistent progress.
Regular Check-ins
Scheduled touchpoints to review progress, adjust approaches, and maintain momentum.
Self-Growth & Reflection
Guided reflection exercises that develop self-awareness and support lasting behavioural change.
The Philosophy
Why structure works
Most people I work with aren't short on motivation. They're short on a system. Motivation shows up on Monday morning and disappears by Wednesday. A decent structure doesn't.
That's what my wellness & fitness coaching gives you: someone setting the expectations and actually tracking whether you're meeting them. When that scaffolding is there, you stop negotiating with yourself about whether to bother today.
The goal isn't for you to need coaching forever. It's to build habits and self-awareness that become second nature.
"Structure gives you clarity. That's it. The progress follows."
What This Creates
Accountability
External structure that keeps you on track when motivation fades.
Consistency
Regular rhythms that build habits through repetition, not willpower.
Independence
Skills and self-awareness that stay with you beyond coaching.
